Mr. Frank Cain, ono of the advance representative of tho Forepaugh-Sells big circus, was in tho city this morn ing in connection with the coming nf tho show next Friday. Ho stntos that tho circus is tho best and biggest that bun ever visited this section of tho country and says that many new features havo been added this year that will bo pleaHing to the people. The circus will give the usual street parado. It was reported, he said, that tho s?iow had abandoned this Impor tant feature but such Is not tho case, ho declared.
