Tho said grantees, their successors and assigns, during tho ex istence of this franchise, hereby agree and contract to furnish the city of Ardmore and the general public manu factured or natural gns of good aver age and merchantable, qunllty, the same to be measured by a gas metro and charged for by tho 1000 cubic feet at not more than the rate of $1.55 for lllumliutttu gas and $1.15 for gas used fur tuil power or manufacturing purposi s. ART1CI.H VI. Section 1. Said grantees, their suc cessors or ssslgns, shall In no manner molest, damage or interfere with the water pipe? for public milltlea or pri vate sewent which have already been made or const nu t ed in or along any of the streets, alleys or pujblic grounds of nald city without restoring the same to their original condition within the shortest time possll'lo for such work to be done, and in default of which, said grantees o their successors or as lgna shall be liable to the city or to the person Interested In said water pipes or private sewers, for the ax pense necessarily Incurred In restor ing them t their original condition and further to t lie pnymont of any anil all damages that may result there from.
