Thia plat is located juat ontaidc of
the city limit* in a south and weaterly

Panto Monica railroad, on the north

and west hy land of other parlies, be
ins: a portion of Ihewell-known Howes
fruit ranch.
Hamilton atreet. as shown on the
plan, ia forty feet wide and runs di
rectly through the center of the lot
from north to south, and will he
graded at the expense of the prcsen
