Notice is hereby given that at tho regular
moetlr.g of the hoard of directors of the
ONTARIO & SAN ANTONIO HEIGHTS
RAILROAD COMPANY, held at the office
of the company on tho SSth day of March,
A. D. 1905, an assessment of one dollar
($1.00) per share was levied on tho sub-
scribed capital stock of tho corporation,
payable immediately In United Stateß gold
coin to the secretary of said company, at
Its office, room 624, Pacific Electric building,
in the city of Los Angeles, California. Any
stock upon which this assessment shall re-
main unpaid on the 2d day of May, 1906,
will be delinquent and advertised for sale
at public auction, and unless payment is
made before, will bo sold on Tuesday, tho
6th day of June, 1905, to pay the delinquent
