CITIZENS ARRESTED FOR DISREGARDING ORDERS Property Owners Charged With Neg. lecting to Prune Trees and Remove Weeds The monotony of the police station arrest book was broken yesterday when the names of Octavius Morgan and Charles Prager were entered on its grimy, time-worn sheets. These citi zens suffered their names to be sub scribed in a sandwich manner between the cognomens of the same number of plain drunks, and the taxpayers drew a deep sigh as they saw the charge of misdemeanor entered after their re spective names.
