The visitor made a epecUl inspection of the site for the naval station, and then made the tour of the entire harbor. Brown has informed the Marshal that all but $115,000 had been returned by the thieves, who were former em ployes. He does not think they will come in this direction, because they know that he is living here, and would recognize them.
