Carter, who is a member of the fLin of Carter & MeCauiev. has charged Major Forsyth and Supervisor Gabriel Soulewski with having shown unjust discrimination against his firm in the awarding of contracts for road work. Other serious charges were made by the contractor, and as a result Special Agent Dixon was detailed by the sec retary of the interior to make an in vestigation. This was recently con cluded and the report will be sent to Washington for Ilallinger's action. To Fix Blame. TACOMA. December 2. The navy department has ordered a general court martial at Puget Sound navy yard for the trial of Passed Assistant Pay master E. K. Wilson, Paymaster 's Clerk Garity and Yeoman Jaques, in connec tion with the theft of $2200 from the paymaster's safe of the cruiser Phila delphia last July.
