Caon and others expressed their
views Judge Richardson aoting as
interpreter A majority of the
speakers were Btrongly opposed to
the bill as it now stands A vote
was taken all present signifying by
rising that they were opposed to tho
bill A committee was appointed
to report the action of the meeting
to Senator Baldwin
