RoUly & Henry's cigar store on up-Ier ort street was entered by bur-Stars Thursday morning. A good haul was made including about $60 worth of cigars and tobacco and $2 in suver. Tho cigars taken consisted of three boxes of Key West.- one box of Lillian Russell, three of two of Sauchez & Haya. five of General Arthur, one of Fontcllo; Uiroe of Konown and several pounds of plug chewing tooncco. The burglars entered from the rear breaking down the back door. A second locked door barred them from tho stock room. A hole was cut in this, allowing the insertion of an arm. enabling them to reach the snap lock and get in. The police were notified Thursday morning but have been unable to find any ciow. They are inclined to lay tit9 robbery to soldiers from the transport Thomns The proprietors do not bollove the soldiers had anything to do with the burglary. Thev claim that no stranger eouiu find the way through their back yard. They further sav that no soldiers from the transport have been in their store or around the premises.
