and costs I have levied upon the following
named property on this 27th day of Sep
tember AJ 18S4 to wit All of the right title
and interest of A L Harding in the follow
ing described le isehold property to wit

erty to wit This indenture made the 1st
day of June 1882 between John L Blythe of
Salt Lake City County of Salt Lake and
Territory of Vtah party of the llrst part and
Attila L Harding and Louisa Harding his
wife of the City County and Territory afore
said the party of the second part wituesseth
that the said party of the first part has leased
and by these presents does lease unto the
said parties of the second part the following
described piece or parcel of land to wit
Part of lot five 5 block fiftysix 56 plat A
Silt Lake City Survey commencing at a
point one hundred and four 101 feet from
the northwest corner of said lot and run
ning thence east fortyeight feet thence
south twelve feet thence west fortyeight
fe thence north twelve feet back to the
r ce of beginning with the exeeption of
three feet of said twelve fronting west is re
served for a stairway and landing for the use
of both buildings the one north of stairs and
also the one in which the stairs is built and
the owners of each building bearing an equal
share of the expense of keeping the stairs in
good repair for the term of five years from
the let of June 1882 at the monthly rent of
OOpcrI monthly in advance as the
property of A L Harding and will expose
the same for sale or so much as will satisfy
Plaintiffs demand to wit 6366 and cost
at the south door of the County Court House
Salt Lake County on the 18th day of Novem
ber A D 1884 Sale to commence at 10
