Funer al services were held on Sunday af ternoon, at tho First yard chapel ov or the remains ofjMrsllSamuel Nel son who passed awaylon Thursday evening of heart troubles Bishop C, J. Plowman had charge of the services. Tho choir sang "Truth Reflects 1 Upon Our Senses." L Tho prayer was offered by Elder A Joseph P. Green. l SInglng'Though Deepening Trials" The speakers wore Elders James Melkle. Wm. A. Noble. BIshop'riow anan and Counselor George Done.' All spoke ot the good beautiful life she had lead, ot the great faith "fehe possessed and had notbnly boon a devoted mother to her own family I' Jfixil had aided and helped many who yivere In need. Mrs. Andrew Gamut sang "A Toor Wayfaring Man of Grief," by special request, and Nathan Dono sang "My Mother Dear." The choir sang "Oh My Father." The closing prayer was offered by C. M. VCollett and Bishop Wra. L. Winn dedicated the grave. The death of Mrs, Nelson came as a severe blow to tho family as sho had been putting up fruit and doing her usual household work during the day and In the evening sat on the porch with her husband reading the dally paper until It became too dark to see, then went lnio the house and , conUntted-readldB-MratrrTmeel smothering feeling' which sooa 'grew aerlous. Dr, Adahtson ot Richmond was called as Dr. Reese was out of town. Mrs. Nelson, however, had passed away before either doctor ar rived. Aoiah Ann Smith was a daughter ot Lot Smith and Laura Burdick Smlthr "She wfca born at-Tarmlng-ton, Utah, March 29, 1866. On June 16, 1887, she was married to Samuel Nelson and has lived hero since. Be sides hor husband she leaves the following children: Mrs. Mabel Eck- t, ersloy, Mrs. Laura Taylor, Mrs. La L von Lewis and Miss Vivian Nelson.
