Tho Convention was held at rT tho Hotel Utah, November 8, at 2 I p. m. and lasted several hours and I tho following business was transact ed. i All, of tho War Mothers association i ' ot tho ctato, and Wjjber county's ; ganliatlon, known as tho Women ' PatYlots of America, wore merged Into a new organization, under the ; namo ot Tho Service Star Legion, and a new constitution therefor was adopted, tho purposo being to form ' tht cUtah chapter ot tho national organization of that name, so as to work in harmony with tho national organization and also more In har mony with tho warrior's orgnnlsa- tlon known as tho American Le gion. !
