the Torbanehill Mining Company
held at the company's office in Salt
Lake City, Utah, Dec. 31st, 1904 an

(called assessment No. 2), was levied
on tho outstanding capital stock of the
corporation, payable immediately to
David Smelllo. secretary of the cor
poration, at Young & Moylo's office,
Deseret National Bank building, Salt
Lako City, Utah. Any stock upon
which this assessment may remain
unpaid on tho 31st of January, 1905,
will bo delinquent and advertised for
salo at public auction, and unless pay
ment .is made beforo, will bo sold on
the 20th day of February, 1905, to pay
the delinquent assessment, together
