M The rules for registration aro that
M all new residents, who aro entitled
H under tho law to vote, shall register
M beforo they can voto. All persons who
M registered for tho special bond olcc-
M tion, but who were not registered pre-
M vlous to that registration, will have to
M register again.
M All porsons who were not regis-
H torcd last fall for tho presidential
M olectlon will havo to register this fall
M to bo allowed to vote.
M Persons who registered last fall,
M but havo since moved to another Uls-
M trlct, may on any day before
M election day secure a transfer certlll-
M cato and havo their names entered on
M tho registration list whore thoy now
M Every citizen of tho United States
M (and if of foreign birth, ho must have
M been naturalized ninety days before
M tho election) who has lived in the state
B for a period of ono year, four months
H In tho county and sixty days In the
m city, Is entitled to register and vote.
