thereof aro as follows:
Said complaint alleges that the
plaintiff is and at all the times named
In the complaint was the owner, In
possession and entitled to tho posses
sion of tho following described prop
erty, situate In Salt Lake City and
County, State of Utah, to-wlt:
Commencing at tho northeast corner
of Lot C, Block 31, Plat "B," Salt Lake
City Survey, and running thonco west
7 rods, thence south 20 rods, thence
east 7 rods, thenco north 20 rods to
tho place of beginning.
Said complaint further alleges that
the plaintiff verily believes that there
aro persons interested In tho subject
matter of tho complaint whoso names
plaintiff cannot Insert therein because
unknown to him, and that the nature
of said Interest and how derived, so
far as his knowledge extends, is as
follows: Each of tho said unknown
persons-claims an undivided share and
Interest in the premises above de
scribed adverse to the plaintiff, de
rived as heirs of Edward W. Jones,
deceased. And plaintiff alleges that
the claim of each and all of said un
known psrsns Is wholly invalid, and
none of said persons has any right,
title, Interest, claim or demand In or
to said premises or any part thereof.
Said complaint further alleges that
the plaintiff verily believes that cer
tain other persons aro Interested in
tho subject- matter of this action
whose names tho plaintiff cannot insert
therein, because unknown to him, and
that the Interest of each of said last
named unknown persons and how de
rived so far as his knowledge extends,
so far as his knowledge extends, Is as
Is as follows: Said last named unknown
persons claim undivided shares and In
terest in and to said premises adverso
to tho plaintiff derived as successors
In title, purchasers and creditors of
Edward W. Jones, and as heirs, suc
cessors In title, purchasers and credi
tors of Hester P. Jones, Ester A. Jones
and E. W. Jones. And nlnlntiff fur
ther alleges that tho claim of each anl
all of said last named unknown per
sons Is wholly invalid, and none of
said persons has any right, title, in
terest, claim or demand in or to said
premises or any part thereof.
Plaintiff prays judgment In said
complaint, that ho bo adjudged to be
tho owner In fee and entitled to tho
possession of said premises, and that
his title be quieted and set at rest as
against tho claims of all of said un
known persons.
