Said complaint alleges that tho

in title, purchasers and creditors of
Edward W. Jones, and as heirs, suc
cessors In title, purchasers and credi
tors of Hester P. Jones, Ester A. Jones
and E. W. Jones. And plaintiff fur
ther alleges that tho claim of each an 1
nil or said last named unknown per
sons is wholly invalid, nnd none of
said persons has any right, title. In
terest, claim or demand In or to said
premises or any part thereor.
Plaintiff prays judgment in said
complaint, that he bo adjudged to be
tho owner In fee and entitled to the
possession or said premises, and that
his tltlo bo quieted and sot at rest as
against tho claims or all or said un
known persons.
