meeting of fhe Board of Directors of
the Tomboy Gold & Copper Mining
Company, held on the 24th day of
September, 1908, an assessment of
one-half ii) cent per share was
levied upon the capital stock of the
corporation, issued and outstanding,
payable immediately to the secretary
