Lots of Laughs and Joy in
Constance Talmadge's Film
at Orpheum.
I "Grasp him by the hand if your
heart' races, your face turns a pret
ty pink and you got a thrill, he's the
man!"
Thus, in substance, is the formula
Constanco Talmadge tries out on sev
eral male persons in her picture, "The
Love Expert," which opened at the
Orphoum theatre last night, before
she found the right man. And maybe
she didn't have soriio fun during the
hilarous episodes of hor hunt. I
Constance is a young girl of roman-l
tic age who would be wooed. Sho
gets dismissed from boarding school
because of her advanced ideas along
lines of love and then sets about to
catch herself a mate.
To complicate things, she finds that
the man who gives her the prescribed
thrill is none oth'er than the fiance i
of her aunt from Boston.
' How sho, marries off all of the mem
bers of her intended's family qujte
a task In Itself, when one looks them
over and wins her beloved furnishes
a theme that make3 a typical Con
stance Talmadge story, full of clever
situations, lots of humor, plenty of
laughs and considerable, hilarity.
"It's just the kind of picture every
one will want to see.
On the same bill, which runs
through Saturday night, Manager J
F. Goss is offering a reel or two of
up-to-date pictorial news events.
