er with necessary sidings, spurs or
pacing tracks under provisions of
Paragraph 2 of section 2 of this fran
chise. Section 2. The above and foregoing
grant Is made subject to the follow

sible, and only (except as to re
pairs necessary by reason of acci

times in the construction, mainte
nance, and operation of said rail
way, be subject to and conform to
and with any and all reasonable rules,
regulations and ordinances establish
ed and adopted by the Board of Coun
ty Commissioner- of Weber county,
state of Utah, for the safetv of the

Section 3. The ri-'hts hereby grant -
i ed shall exist and Inure to the bene
fit of the said grantee. Its successors

December. A. D. 1962: provided, writ
ten acceptance of this ordinance and
all the terms and conditions thereof
be filed by the said Ogden Rapid
Transit Company, its successors and
