people who buy real estate, please
TAKE NOTICE.
During my business career I have often heard
people, especially of small means, say, "I bought a
lot some years ago, and now I can't sell It for half
the money I paid for it."
4 Now, will the buyers listen to me, and I will tell
them why they cannot get their money back.
Some enterprising real estate dealer buys a farm
or tract of land miles away from the city, probably
costing two fares to reach the town, or else so far
away from the station as to require a long walk
after a hard day's work. This real estate man gets
■ up a free lunch, takes a band of music to tne place
and sells lots to his victims nt exorbitant prices on
• easy terms. This is the reason why the victim has
; a tale of woe to tell about never getting back his
1 money.
Now, please look at my prices and compare them
with other property in the same vicinity. That will
tell the story to the shrewd man.
COME! THINK AND STUDY! THEN CALL
