BERKELEY KEAL ESTATE.
Ml* " WURTS, THE BERKELEY LAND
AGENT, HAS
A CARD TO THE PUBLIC.
PEOPLE WHO BUY REAL ESTATE, PLEASE
TAKE NOTICE.
During my business career I have often heard
people, especially of small'means, say, "I bought a
lot acme years ago, and now I can't sell it for half
the money I paid for It." .
Now, will the buyers listen to me, and I will tell
them why they cannot get their money back.
Some enterprising real estate dealer buys a farm
or tract of land miles away from the city, probably
costing two fares to reach the town, or else so far
away from the station as to require a long walk I
after a hard day's work. This real estate man gets I
up a free lunch, takes a band of music to tne place '
and sells lots to bis victims at exorbitant prices on
easy terms. This is the reason why the victim has
a tale of woe to tell about never-getting back his
money.
Now, please look at my prices and compare them
with other property In the same vicinity. That will
tell the story to the shrewd man.
COME! THINK and study; THEN CALL
and see ME.
