A CARD TO THE PUBLIC.
PEOPLE WHO BUY REAL ESTATE, PLEASE '
TAKE NOTICE.
During my business career I have often heard |
people, especially Of small means, say, "I bought a j
lot some years ago, and now 1 can't sell it for half '
the money I paid lor it."
Now, will the buyers listen to me, and 1 will tell
them why they cannot get their money back.
Some enterprising real estate dealer buys a farm
or tract of land miles away from the city, probably
costing two fares to reach the town, or els* so far I
away from the station as to require a long walk j
after a hard day's work. This real estate man gets |
up a free lunc takes a band of music to the place j
and sells lots to his victims at exorbitant prices on
easy terms. -This is the reason why the victim has !
a tale of woe to tell about never getting back his j
money. " :
■ New, please look at my prices and compare them j
with other property in the same vicinity. That will j
MU the story to the shrewd man.
COME! THINK* AND STUDY! THEN CALL
