Mrs. Emelle M. <iraham. pioneer resident of
Harward. and relict of tlie late Joseph Gra
ham, is dead at her home here, at an sjre of
75 years. She came here r>6 years ago from
Ohio. Mrs. Graham is survived by four eons—
Joseph E.. Abraham L.. Cbarlea R. and Wil
liam S. Graham—and daughter, Mrs. W. A.

be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, in

JOHN JOHNSON, MINING MAN—Bay City.
Ore., Jan. 9. —John Johnson, the discoverer of
the famous Marrsville mines of California, is
dead at Garibaldi, Ore. Coroner Hawk has
irsued a certificate of death due to heart fail
ure and excitement from an electrical utorm.
For many years Johnson was a well known
mine owner of California. In IS7O be sold
out his interests and came to Tillomook county
to Urt.
