cept in the eountie where the rights have been disposed of)
and in the State of Alabama. And that he may be enabled
more effectually to make thi arrangement, he propose to
diviile the patent for T;nne.aaee and Alabama into 1,000
ah area, one-fourth to be retained, and the reinaiader 750
shares will be oB'ered tor lale. A peison remitting tea
dollar will have one share in the Patent, to run fourteen
years from July 11, ISM, and will be at the same time in
vesting blso five dollar to be used in the purchase of the
ingredients, advertising and ;he natceaaary expenditure of
the means to prepAre and distribute the Mixta- for sale.
Conaignments will be made to shareholders, (who may re
quest it,) and to no other person?, to the amount of their

prorttt remitted to each shareholder. No debts will be con
