Sultan of Morocco Fires
French Ministers and
Paris, Dec. 24.The foreign office
considers the situation in Morocco ex
tremely grave. The sultan's dismissal
of his French and other military ad
visers has been followed by a number
of other acts showing his intention to
interrupt the execution of the French
policy. Accordingly the French minis
ter at Tangier has been instructed to
secure the immediate withdrawal from
the Moroccan capital of the French
consul, the commander and all the
members of the military mission and
all French citizens unless the sultan
vacates previous offensive action

to communicat this to the sultan at
