The "happy couples" gave Judge N. W. Tarrant an opportunity to perform his first double wedding ceremony. The bridegrooms are brothers, Al fred and Ernest Swanson. Alfred married Miss Mabel Smith and Ern est's blushing bride was Betsie Tag land. Both men are from Beltrami county, the first girl from Marshall and the second from Pennington. The four honeymooners and five friends are on their way to Peters burg, Alaska, where all will enter the fishing and lumbering business.
