His Inauguration will occur some time between September 2D and Oc tober 6, and promises to be an affair largely attended and unusually brilliant. He ac cepted the call to the University of Iowa because he believed that there w ere gTeater opportunities to work. Iowa people are congratulating themselves upon his accept ance, and the board of regents Is very en thusiastic and loyal in Its support.
