cubed cooked beets and' a half cupft
of peanuts. This will be a good con

gelatin in one-quarter of a cupful o

of boiling water; then add one-quarte
of a cupful of sugar, the same awnoun
of mild vinegar, one tablespoonful o
lemon juice and one-half teaspoonft
of salt. Strain, cool and when th
