tion with tho lawyer in nutation, who
in the mean tlum has consulted tho

meeting was given, In accordanco with
which, tho attorney will some day this
week meet Drown, who will surren
der himself to Mr. and remain in
his custody until turned over to thu
officers of tlio law. Tho gentleman

his surrender would be the means of
breaking up the entire band.
