vester Company of America, in which it

is selling its products too high in Ken
tucky. The court holds in these cases
that thore are no anti-trust laws in Ken
tucky, and that any company, whethor
regarded as a trust or not, may do busi
ness in Kentucky as long as it does not
sell its products at a price greater than
its real value or depreciate the prices, of
its products below the real valuo.
