was born in Livingston county.
Ky., Dee. Hist. 1KSS. Died, Nov.
24th, lllOSl, at S o'clock p. m. Just
before the da-n of manhood and on

day, God called lor Dennis and

hands of father, mother and friends,
who had cared lor linn during his

For nearly thirty days ho lay in bed
waiting patiently for the last, and
in the gloom ol tho shadow of death,
he professed faith in Christ, and
said, 'Yca, though I walk through
tho valley of tho shadow of death, I
will fear no evil; for Thou art with

me." After giving this messago
of consolation to his parents and
frionds ho crossed the dark r'ver of
death, to ariso no more until
day.
