for the purpose of forming a State
organization to combat consump

ters of the Coi f rencc will be held
ut the Phoenix Hotel in Lexing
ton and such an active Association

several days ago but was not re

ed partly of Pennsylvania people

tawney Pa and some forty or
fifty other were not satisfied
with the rulings of the arbitrators
on the law questions involved in
the case
They broke up tho arbitration
nnd the matter went back into the
Federal court at Richmond Some
time later after hearing the argu
ment Judge Cochran sustained
tho defendants demurrer toy be

ny then obtained leave to file an
amended bill The defendants
Little and Taylor demurred to the
amendment At the last spring
term of court at Richmond tho
