will be given on every dollar's worth
of new subscriDtions turned in before
November 18 and 8,000 extra votes will
be given on every dollar's worth of old

NEW VOTE LIMIT.
Commencing today contestants will
be allowed to noil enough votes to
make4their standing 50,000 votes in ad
vance of the leader in the preceding
issue. For instance if the leading can
didate in the last issue had 40,000
votes you iwould be allowed to poll
enough votes to make your standing
50,000 votes above that of contestant
or 90,000 votes in the next issue. Turn
