Premium at the Kathrille Fair in October

THE undersigned, having repeatedly been solicited to
make consignment, of the Patent Camphor Wash Mix
ture, has concluded to sell no more county right, tn this
State, but will in future have the Improved' Camphor Wash
Mixture put up and distributed throughout this Plate (ex
cept In the counties where the riphts have been disposed of 1
and tn the Stale of Alabitma. And that he may be enabled
more effectually to make this arrangement, he pn poses to
divide the patent for Tennessee and Alabama into 1sii
shares, one-fourth to be retained, and the remaindr 7S0
shares will be effdred fur tale. A pel son remitting tea
dollars will have one ahare in the Patent, to run fourteen
year, from July 11, 1S54, and will be at the same tune in
vesting also five dollars lo be used in the purchase of the
Ingredients, advertising and the necessary expenditure of
the means to prepare and distribute the Mixture for sale.
Consignments will be made to shareholders, (who may re
quest it,) and to no other persons, to the amount of their
remittance. And they wiil t allowed a commission of SA
per cent on th.ir aalea, and also tbrlr proportion of the
profits at large.
Annual exhibit of sale? wilt be made, and dividends cf the
profits remitted to each sharrhol ierv No debt, will be con
tracted, nor will the Compacy be responsible for any, as the

Any of those who have purchased patents for counties tn
