Tho following plan for organization for the coming reunion is thought to De tno most feasible and cmcacious in securing i thnronch canvass and enlistment of tbi soldiers, and to form the most perfect and systematic organization tor the encampment. It will therefore bo substantially observed: 1. Comnanv organizations will be formed throughout the State, each company to bo nrganizcd by the election of a captain, two Lieutenants, t irt aerg't and vcariermastcr berg t. 2. A battalion will bo formed in cich county, and a Battalion Commander ap pointed who will bo in commando! tli s.imfl throughout the pncamDment. 3. The State will be formed into four brigades and a Brigade Commander ap' pointed to command the battalions assigned to him. 1. The whole army when met to form one Grand Division. As soon as 25 men have enlisted in any town, or two or more adiointnr town; when the Battalion Commanders direct they will organize by the election of the of ficers named. Commanding officers, (except those to hs elected), will bo announced in future Or ders. County Battalion Commanders will have entire charge of their County and the wbolo matter of organizition is left to their lodgment. They are requested however to appoint an active, energetic soldier in each town as a recruiting omccr, as it is desired to have an invitation extended to every Veteran Soldier in the State, whether connected with Vermont or other State organizations. Enlistments should be completed by tho 1st of August; therefore County uommand- ers should nroeced at once to appoint re cruiting officers, and to tha organization of Companies. A report of the whole number of men cn listed up to date should ho lorwaruea i' the 20th of JuIt. It is much acsired that all who attend should he present in connection with tho or ganization from their town. This is doubly important at this time, as tho reunion forms a part of the 41 Vermont Centennial Celebra tion," in which many thousands besides tho soldiers arc to participate.
