In city court Thursday nfternoon Fred McCllntock, Louis Gardner and George Ileagan wero arraigned before Judge N. N. Post on the charge of burglary, having asked State's Attorney O. F. Lndd to file an Information against them. They pleaded guilty and wero sentenced to servo not less than ono year nor more than IS months in the houso of correc tion. Thes,. cases are the result of tho recent burglary of the storehouse of A. W. Fisher on South Main street when nbout 1.71 pounds or lard were stolen.
