Pursuaot to a Proclamation issled by Hon. John M Parker, Governor of the State of Louisiana, calling a special election for Commiss oner, F rst Pu blic Service Commission District, to f:ll the vacancy caused by the death of Hon. John T. Mitchel, the Board of Supervisors of Election for this pa rish met this day at the Court House for the purpose of calling said elec tion within this parish and to select Commissioners and Clerks of Election Whereas, the special election has been called pursuant to the Proclama tion issued by the Governor of this State to be held on the 18th day of April, 1922. Therefore be it resolved that a see cial election be and the same is hers by called to be held on the 18th. day of April, 1922, to elect a Member of the Louisiana Public Service Com mission, First Public Service Commis sios District. Be it further resolved that the fol lowing Commissioners and Clerks of election shall serve at the different places for each Ward, as follows: FIRST WARD: Poll at J. L.
