are selling them at five cents a piece.
T'his nobte is well calculated to de
4'eive, and in nearly every particu
lar is a the simile of the original.
The engraving is somewhat coarser
than our own but in other respects
therei is but little difterence. In the
genuine on the background of the
word "five" the words "five dollar.s"
are in very fine print and almost in
nuumerable; int the coritterfti'it these
are omitted. WVe caution piIsoIns re
e'iving this money to be exceeding
lv careful, as there is no means of
knowing to what extent they have
been circulated.. A little care will
prevent imposition.
