to rule over an intelligent minority
will result in anarohy and rovoultion.
Tho greatest problem for statesmen to
solve is how to purify tho ballot, how
to olliminate force, fraud and bribery;
for if tho offspring of forco and fraud
are to rule this country, tho days of
this republic are numbered. Do you
