I ANNOUNCEMENT""
The Sun's manngement hrta no desire, whatever, to force
this newspaper upon anyone to whom it is being mailed nt inc
present time. If those who nre receiving it In place of tne
now defunct Easteni Utah Advocate want The Sun discon
tinued it is n very ensy matter to do so. Just not fy tho post
master, The Sun office by letter, postal card or telephone or
any employe personally. . , .
When The Sun was established it was n foregone conclu
sion thnt the Eastern Utah Advocate was soon to bo n thing
of the past. Feeling that persons who hnd paid their money
for tho Advocate nre entitled to n newspaper, The Sun in
many Instances is being sent them instead of the Advocate lor
tho time they have paid in ndvnncc for the Advocate. t
In the Htigntlon in connection with recovering the print
ing plant of the Advocate, tho manager of The Sun wni by
Judge Christcnson of the district court awarded the subscrip
tion books nnd mniling lists of the Advocate. The manager
of The Sun feels It obligatory, under these conditions, to see
thnt former subscribers to the Advocate nre taken care of.
Probably seven-tcntliB of the subscribers of the now de
funct Advocate arc friends nnd acquaintances of the editor
nnd mnnnger of The Sun. The Sun anticipates thnt the
greater portion of these will remain loyal to It.
THE SUN'S ADVICE IS TO PAY NO MONEY ON SUB
SCRIPTION ACCOUNT TO THE EASTERN UTAH ADVO
CATE OR THE NEWS-ADVOCATE.
