HOW THE STORY WAS CONCOCTED AND WHO FIGURED IN ITS MANUFACILURE ' BROOHLYN, June 80.Beecher's eel. have discovered the party who brought about the interview between Tilton's counsel and Loader, and sated as & middleman in securing the affida Vita of Loader and Price. The individ ual in question is said to be Frank B; Dans, an attorney, who has long been oPposed to Beecheri and who has been acquainted with Loader a long time. Loader is an EnglishMan, and it is stated positively that it can be proven that he , was not in business eitherin New York or Brooklyn, nor did he roside tn either city at the date when he claimsto have done work in Tilton's house. The de fense have sufficient proof regarding his , antecedents to cast grave doubts on his ebaraoter generally. Price in his confession says tbat Loe der asked him how he would like N. be a , witness in the Beecher trial; that there was a fat thing in it. He resumed the subject from time to time; he would say to Price, "Now is your time if you would like to be a witness." H'e made an ap pointment with him to go down and see Tilton's house, but Price did not go. A newspaper, reporter afterward found Prioe and questioned him on the matter, but Price denied having any knowledge of the Beecher case at all. He was. therefore, surprised when the morning papers published an interview wherein he was made to admit the truth of the very story he had denied. On June 1501 he was subpoenaed to attend the triaL He called at Mr.phearman'e house and talked mysteriously, but made nO state , meat, as Shearman refused the slightest encouragement.' He says he afterwards hwent to Judge Morrie' office, where he met Loader,-Moulton, Tilton and Morris. Morris asked Loader it Price was the man. Loader winked at Price and said, yes. Loader and Price then had private interviews, et which Price said Loader told him what he intended to swear, and asked Price to supptrt He showed Pricejt diagram of Tiltott's house, and the doors pointed out to him whioh he afterwards swore he entered throligh. Loader asked TiltonJf some carpets were not laid down in his house in 1869. Tilton Said he-thought he had some vague recolleollop of it. Both Load er and Price then made tip affidaVits as publighed and offered the fast days' evidence. This exposure has caused hot a little excitement here. There are no indications of a Tfordict being rendered by the j ury in the Tilton Beeeler case. They seem to be no' lieu er.dne now thafi twenty-four heurs ago. .
