MARRIED. BENSON-GERBEB. On Thanksgiving: day, Nov. 26, 1914, at 2 o'clock at the Orleans Lutheran church Miss Marie Benson and Ed ward Gerber -were united in marriage. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr, and Mrs. GeorgefiBenson, and is a well known and respected young lady. The groom ia a fine young mar, a former resident of Lincoln township. A sister of the bride, Miss Alma Ben son, and a sister of the groom, Miss Alma Gerber, were the bridesmaids and Woo. Gerber and Olaf Benson the groomsmen. About 200 friends and relatives gathered at the home of the bride's parents, where supper was served and a very delightful evening was spent. The young couple received many beautiful presents. That their mar ried life may be a long, prosperous and happy one is the wish of a host of friends. Auction Sale. Henry Rink's son Willie, after a long illness, passed away Sunday morn ing at the family home west of town. The funeral was held Tuesday morning at St. Joseph's church. Mr. and Mrs. Nick and aon Gregory from Marengo, la., who came in their car a week ago Saturday to visit with John Meyars and other relatives, left today for their home.
