detective Harris arrested Jacob
Ludd for tho murder of Ada Atkinson,
on tho strength of u confession of Jacob
Nelling, farm hand of Atkin.-on, that on
tho afternoon of tho day when tho tragedy
occurred Ludd proposed to him that they
rape the young ptrl. NclHiur emphatic

Ladd. The latter is, liowoor, known to

linked with that of Mr. Atkinson in

tion could be made. A court of inquiry

for fresh track lots, but elevator
stocks held rates down. No. 2 red was

berry at $1 071 08, but a car of strictly
fancy loneberry in a favorablo location
