of Incorporation, under the Keneral Ineoriiora
tlon act of the Territory of Arizona, they do
therefore make, sign ami acknowlcdRe this cer
tificate, which, when filed, shall constitute the
articles of incorporation of the Flatrstart Mu
tual Telephone Company.

The name of said company shall be "The
Flaitstaft Mutual Telephone Compan.v ' Its

use of one phone on any of the lines of said
