judicated bankrupt; and that the first

The report of the Recorder for August, 1922, showing the collection of
fees to the amount of $21.15 was chocked with Treasurer's receipt and same
approved.
The Report of the Clerk Superior Court for August, 1922, showing the
collection of fees, etc., to the amount of $224.25 was checked with Treasurer's
receipt and same approved.
The Expense report of the Sheriff for August, 1922, showing the expen
ditures of $821.61 and a refund to the Treasurer of $171.39 was checked and
approved.
The Civil Report of the Sheriff for August, 1922, showing the collection
of fees to the amount of $23.10 was checked with Treasurer's receipt and ap
proved. The Report of the Assessor for August, 1922, showing the collection of
State and County taxes to the amount of $488.72, was checked with Treas
urer's receipt and same approved.
The Toll Report of the Custodian Bright Angel Trail for August, 1922,
showing the collection of tolls to the amount of $899.00 was checked with
Treasurer's receipt and approved.
The assignment of the Geo. H. Crosby, Jr., contract to J. E. Jones et al
was approved.
The Bond of Geo. S. Patten, Constable Williams Precinct, in the amount
of $1000.00 was approved.
The Report of the Supt County Hospital for August, 1922, showing num
ber of indigents housed and cared for was approved.
The Report of the County Supt of Health for August, 1922, showing
number of indigents cared for was approved.
The Report of the County Physician for August, 1922, showing number
of indigents cared ior was-approved.
The Report of the Justice of Peace, Flagstaff Precinct, for August, 1922,
showing the collection of fees to the amount of $6.60, fines to the amount of
$30.00 were checked with treasurer's receipt and same approved.
A petition asking that the office of Deputy Sheriff in the Fredonia dis
trict be eliminated was referred to the Sheriff.
The Report of the Treasurer for August, 1922, showing receipts of $24,
126.98, Disbursements jof $33,227.26, balance on hand of $333,881.54, distrib
uted to the various funds and same approved.
There being no further business, adjournment was made until October
23rd, 1922.
