Deserted mid Wants n Divorce.
Louisa Drown yesterday sued Thcuphilus
R. Brown for divorce. They were married
on April 1, 1880, by Rev, William Gib
bons, mid have oncchild, Joseph E. Drown,

her on May 18, 1892, when their second
child, now dead, was only ten days old.

of the act of March 2, 1893, requiring
roads to equip their freight cars before
July 1, 1893 with grab irons and hand
holds in the ends and sides of the cars,
and with drawbars of a standard height.
