or Lot is correct and calculated as the law proscribes.
Notic e is hereby given that the whole nf tlia several tracts of Land and
Town Lots, described in the foregoing list, or so much thereof as will pay the
Taxes and penalty charged thereon, will be offered for sale at the Court House
in McArthur, by the Treasurer of said county, on the 2d Monday in Janua
ry, 1856, unless such Taxes and penalty be paid before that time.
