As indicated last week the Ladies Bazar closed on IheSnturdHy night previous with a regular "boom." It waa the closing scene of a week's spiriled contest for the hniiilsouie writing desk, cold watcli, and the handsomest girl in tlio Hall, as well as the drawing of the prizes. Miss Katie Byers ami Misa Sarah Collier were made contestants by their friends for the honor of being voted the prettiest girl in the Mall. This was a verv close, contest, requiring the ollicial returns to decide the result. Misa Collier received 78 voles to 7(1 for Miss Byers. The net result from these three contests was $413.7-1.
