An Open Letter-It Speaks for luelf.
Rockpobt, M April, 1877.
Mil. Editor: Having read in your paper the re
por. of tbe remarkable euro or catarrh, I am la
duced to tell what i know about catarrh, and I fun
cy the lutiff" and "luhalini; tube" maker mew
dollar grabber would be glad If they could embl
ion a similar cure In tbe papers. For tweuty ycats
I bave sullered with caturrb. Tbe nasal passages
became completely closed. Snuff, dust, ashea, in
haling tubes and sticks would not work, though at
Intervala I would snail up tbe so-called catarrh entiS
until I became a valuable tester for aucb medicine
I gradually grew werse, and uoouerun know hou
much 1 sullered or what a mioeruble being was. -M
bead ached over my eye so that I was contlued to
my bed for many successive duys.eutfurlug the suost
intense pain, which at one time lasted for litj bonrx
All bound of taste and smell goue, eight and hearing

broken, and I was hawklue and spitting aeveu
elgbtli of tne time. I prayed for death to relieve
me of my sufferings. A favorable notice In your
paper of Dr. Sage'a Catarrh Remedy induced me to
purchase package and use it with Dr. Sage' naeal
douche, wliLh applies tbe remedy by h)drostatk
pressure, wjouly way compatible with common
sense. WellHlr. Editor, It did not cur me In three
fourths of a second, nor In one hour or month, but
In less than eight minutes I waa relieved and In
three months cured and bave remained so for over
16 months. While using the Catarrh Remedy I used
Dr. Pierce's Golden Medical Discovery to purify my
blood and strengthen my stomach. Ialso kept r.y
liver active and bowels regular by the use of his
Pleasant Purgative Pellets. If my experlenc will
Induce other sufferers to seek the earn mean of re
lief, thl letter will htve answered It purpose.
