The Joe Kinney came up from Memphis just ahead of the Vint Shinkle on Monday night, mid after finishing up her business here, started for St. Louis, determined to get through, ice or no ice. Cnptain Turn Shields returned from St. Louis yesterday, and can be found on the wharf-boat to-day, full of information as regards the Rrudder, which bout leaves for New Orleans on Saturday afternoon.
